Our very popular sneakers are lightweight and breathable shoes, ideal for spring and summer months. The gel insole adapts to the shape of your foot and you will feel like standing on a cloud with each step. Elastic instep / Velcro strap ensures that the sneakers fit perfectly on your leg even if you have a higher instep. The wider toe space of the sneakers is also a big advantage, because you can avoid the Hallux, called as well as bucked thumb.

How to measure?
To measure the size of your foot, all you need is paper, pencil and a ruler. Simply place a sheet of paper under your foot and trace the shape of your foot on it. The distance from the heel to the tip of the longest toe is the length of your foot.
Measure both feet! Each foot is different, and although the difference may be very small, it matters.
Use the size chart to choose a pair of shoes about 0.5 cm larger than the length of your foot. You need to leave a little extra room in the shoe so that your toes have room to move and the shoes don't pinch.
You can use the same measurement and sizing procedure when choosing insoles.
If you are deciding between two sizes, we recommend you opt for the larger one.
