Babies can sweat a lot and get cold very quickly, as any mum will know. You can deal with these problems by getting children our mattress topper made of 90 % Merino wool and 10 % camel wool. Your little one will sleep soundly, as wool is great at temperature control which means that any excess moisture is wicked away, keeping children cool in summer and warm in winter.

What is more, Merino wool is hypoallergenic which means bacteria and dust mites don’t thrive. Wool bedding is easy to care for, regular airing will keep the fibres clean and ensure that wool retains the same properties it had on the day you brought it home. In each corner, there is an elastic strap which secures it to the mattress.

How to care for the product

MAINTENANCE

Blankets, duvets, pillows and other bedding made of sheep's wool should be shaken regularly and aired out in the fresh air. That way the material retains its fluffiness and softness, the wool wicks away excess moisture and mite breeding is reduced. Airing out also makes the natural smell of wool disappear faster.

If wool bedding needs to be cleaned with water, it is important to follow the symbols on the product label. If you are not sure whether machine washing is suitable, we recommend to wash everything by hand. If the instructions on the label allow, you can use the wool washing program on your washing machine.

Always remember to use a detergent suitable for wool, whether you are washing in the machine or by hand.
