How much will I pay for shipping?

How do I order from Woolville?

It’s simple. Choose the product you like. Compare your usual size with the measurements in our size charts. Select the size and/or colour and add the product to your shopping cart. Then, all you have to do in the shopping cart is select the payment and shipping methods, fill in the address and place the order. However, if you are experiencing any problems, call us on +420 774 774 217 and we will place your order together over the phone.

What should I do if I want to return goods?

Simply fill in the online returns form.

I want to exchange a product, what should I do?

Please, proceed through the returns form and send the unwanted goods back to us. We will then send you a code for free shipping that you can use to place a new order for the correct item right away. Thank you!

How do I complain about faulty goods?

Just send us an email with photos and description of the problem to info@oveckarna.cz. Please, include the order number the item you are complaining about comes from, the name of the person who placed the order and the method you would like the complaint be resolved. However, if the complaint cannot be settled with the help of photos, we shall ask you to send the item in question back to us.

When will my order arrive?

The sooner you order, the sooner we deliver your piece of fluffy goodness. If you buy from Woolville on a weekday morning, we will forward the package to the courier that same day, and then it is up to the courier.

How do I choose the right size?

Size charts are available for footwear and wool clothing. Always compare the measurements in the size charts with your actual measurements before ordering.
