We haven't yet tried it in the heat we bought it for, but in normal weather it keeps the temperature just right. She doesn't sweat, overheat anything and she's not cold either. I can even dress her less in the car. We'll see how it works when it gets hot. It fits beautifully in the Cybex Aton B2 i-Size.

Great moisture wicking in the summer, really noticeable difference, baby is not wet at all. I absolutely recommend it. The elastics to attach the pad to the car seat are short and don't fit over the big head of the seat (Joie ispin 360), would be fine with a classic egg. It doesn't lose functionality, it just falls off without them.
