Cool thing.When lying on the side, the top leg doesn't fall down so much and it doesn't hurt the hip.But you have to have it on one leg, which can be pretty wild for someone who has never used it.

Actually, I don't know if I would recommend this pillow. I personally have a problem with the velcro that is supposed to attach to the leg. I fell asleep very well with it. I don't know why, but during the night I would wake up and the areas under the pillow would be "knee and thigh high" and I would sweat.
