Because of my halluxes, my legs would cramp and wake me up at night when I tripped over the covers. I put on the separator when I'm resting- my feet in an elevated position.
Then I practice the joints of my thumb and toes -that's what the pedicurist told me to do. The cramps don't wake me up anymore.
