I think it's a useless thing. If I have cold feet, it solves half the problem. Maybe it only warms part of the foot.

Invaluable for computer work. In the cooler days of summer and the not so cool days of spring/autumn, it will definitely suffice. But in too cold weather you might need to combine it with some very warm socks, in short it's a kind of quick warmer, but not the ultimate solution.
